Refund policy

We offer our customers the option to inspect their orders upon delivery to ensure complete satisfaction.

 

• Customers may check the items before accepting the order.

• If the customer chooses to refuse the shipment, the shipping fees will be charged.

 

Returns & Exchanges :

 

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

• Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Notes:

 

• Items that show signs of use or damage (not due to a manufacturing defect) will not be accepted.

• For defective items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
